We wish to have our research and development (R&D) department fully functional within the next three months with its sole task being finding innovative ways to improve our product offering.

Those of you who have ordered more recently may have noticed some new additions to our product range. This is one of the first measures we have taken to fill gaps in our offering that we believe the end customers have a need for. ISAACSON LADDERS – A STEP AHEAD

Last year was a very interesting one in terms of developments
in the Southern African hardware market.

Our company has seen huge growth amounting to 400% increase in sales
volumes. With this we have begun a successful revamping of our distribution,
stock control and administration services including the opening of a new
Johannesburg office to allow for a more efficient service to our Highveld
customers.

Other developments include the recent implementation of a delivery and
pick up scheme. This will allow our customers who are based close to our
warehouses or have vehicles in the area to collect their own stock, receiving a
discount on their entire order. Please look out for further details regarding
this.

With the economic downturn of the past few years taking effect, our
strategy of providing the most cost effective ladders on the market while
refusing to compromise on quality has proved a very successful one. To satisfy
the most industrious working environments we will also be implementing an extra
heavy-duty range in the very near future, for which our customers can expect
the same low prices across all items.
